Shipping

Any order placed after 8:00 am central time may not be printed out & processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am central time or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends & Holidays are not counted as business days.

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS, as well as credit card or Paypal authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.

We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we offer. Q: What steps do you take to ensure that the items I order arrive to me in good condition? At BigNCollectibles, we understand that one of the biggest frustrations of online ordering is dealing with product that can get damaged during shipping. We package orders carefully using quality materials, including double boxing cases, specially wrapping delicate items such as collector's tins, and shipping case incentive cards in protective sleeves and storage boxes Q: Do you sell single cards? Yes we sell single cards Q: I have placed an order with both in-stock and pre-sale items on it. Can you split my order and send me the in-stock items now? If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, we will hold your entire order until all pre-sale items are available. We would be happy to split your order into two shipments, but please note that this may increase your total shipping costs as it is more expensive for us to ship two packages rather than one. We will let you know what your new shipping costs will be before we ship any part of your order. Q: When I place an order for a pre-sale item, when is payment due? We require a deposit for all orders containing pre-sale items such as booster boxes and cases when the order is placed Single card preorder do not require deposit as the payment in whole in due at time of purchase. The deposit due is 25% of the total, and the remaining balance will then be charged 1 week before we ship your order. a Paypal account is required to pay the remaining balance and we will require the remaining balance to be paid before shipping your order. If you dont have a paypal account we do take Bank Checks or money orders which should be sent 3 weeks before the release date of the item you order to allow time for the bank to deposit and clear the check before shipmentif sending checks send remaining balance payable to BigNCollectibles 1101 hammond ave. Aurora Il. 60506 USA Q: Can I cancel pre-ordered items? If you need to cancel an order containing pre-sale items, we will keep any deposit that you have paid towards the order. In the event that a pre-sale item is canceled by the manufacturer, we will promptly refund all deposit payments.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Payment can also be mailed to us in the form of a check or money order. If you choose to pay by personal check, please note that we must wait 21 days for the check to clear before shipping your order. If you pay by money order, we will ship your order as soon as we have received payment. Please make all checks or money orders payable BigNCollectibles Q: I received my order, but some of the items were damaged. What can I do? Again, we work hard to ensure that the items you order are shipped to you in good condition. However, it is possible that merchandise can get damaged during transit. Please contact us if you feel that the items you received are not in good condition, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. We ask that you please keep the shipping box and all packing materials, as the shipping company may need to examine them.

Return Policy:

1- We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product. 2- The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. All items will be inspected specially if its factory sealed single trading cards will be inspected for and must be returned in mint condition as we only deal with new items only. If a factory sealed item is opened we will not be able to accept it back. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully. 3- If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong item), we will pay for all shipping costs related to the return. If the package very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card or paypal will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you. 4- If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 5- Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to 30% re-stocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, bigncollectibles is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

If the item you would like to order is marked Pre-Order, please read the following: If an item is marked Pre-Order, this means that the item is not 'live' in our warehouse. We are waiting for the manufacturer to release for sale. The items will be shipped on the date listed on title if any release date changes occur by manufacturer we will update the title and contact you. Please if ordering both preorder items and in stock item on the same order they will be shipped together until the release date on the preorder item if you want us to ship in stock items firsts then place 2 separate orders. All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We do not make the cards & toys we sell. The shipping dates listed on our site are based on the latest information that we receive directly from the manufacturers.
